Sports Mole previews the Championship clash between Wolverhampton Wanderers and Blackburn Rovers.

Wolverhampton Wanderers host Blackburn Rovers on Friday night as new manager Dean Saunders looks to begin his time at Molineux with three points.

Saunders has replaced Stale Solbakken, who was sacked as the club's boss after Wolves lost 1-0 to Luton Town last weekend, and Saunders could make changes to freshen up his side.

Richard Stearman could be recalled to a defence that has failed to keep a clean sheet in their last six games, while Slawomir Peszko could make his first start for the club in three months after recovering from a knee injury.

Blackburn has been resurgent under caretaker manager Gary Bowyer, who has guided Rovers to victory in their last three matches in all competitions.

That could lead Bowyer to retaining the same starting lineup that began the 2-0 win over Bristol City in the FA Cup last weekend.
