Swansea City complete Matt Grimes signing

Swansea City complete the signing of Exeter City midfielder Matt Grimes for an undisclosed fee.

Swansea City have finalised a deal to take Exeter City midfielder Matt Grimes to the Liberty Stadium.

The 19-year-old had been strongly linked with a move to South Wales during the final days of 2014 and head coach Garry Monk has acted swiftly to tie up the transfer of the youngster for an undisclosed fee.

The England Under-20 international leaves Exeter having scored five goals in 62 appearances in all competitions for the League Two outfit.

Grimes won't be available to make his debut for his new club until their Premier League fixture with West Ham United on January 10.
