Paris Saint-Germain 'open talks with Chelsea over Tiemoue Bakayoko'

Paris Saint-Germain reportedly make contact with Chelsea as they consider making a formal bid for midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko.

Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly entered the race to sign Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko.

The Frenchman is available for transfer after spending the last two seasons on loan at AC Milan and Monaco respectively.

Milan have been keen to secure another temporary deal for the 26-year-old, only to fail to agree a future fee with the Premier League giants.

According to Sky Sports News, that has provided PSG chiefs with an opportunity to open discussions with their Chelsea counterparts.

Although the French champions will likely insist on a loan deal for this campaign, officials at the West London outfit are eager to guarantee a future fee for their out-of-favour player.

Bakayoko has less than two years remaining on his contract.
