Paul Caddis pens Birmingham City contract extension

Right-back Paul Caddis signs a new two-year contract with Birmingham City.

Paul Caddis has signed a one-year contract extension with Championship side Birmingham City.

The right-back's previous deal was due to expire next summer, but he has now committed until 2017 and there is also an option for a further year.

Caddis first joined Birmingham on loan from Swindon Town in August 2012 before making the move permanent a year later.

He has made 118 appearances for the Blues and scored 12 goals, one of which was the last-gasp strike on the final day of the 2013-14 season that kept Birmingham in the Championship.
