Coupe de la Ligue roundup: Toulouse survive scare to advance

Sports Mole rounds up the action from the third round of the Coupe de la Ligue.

Ligue 1 side Toulouse needed to come from behind to beat Ligue 2 side Creteil to advance to the fourth round of the Coupe de la Ligue.

Nicolas Belvito scored in the first half to put Creteil ahead, but second-half strikes from Abel Aguilar, Oscar Trejo and Wissam Ben Yedder sent the visitors through.

Earlier in the day Ilan Araujo scored early on to send Bastia through against Corsican rivals Ajaccio.

Troyes produced an efficient performance to dispatch Valenciennes with goals from Yoann Court and a brace from Ghislain Gimbert putting them through. The hosts' goal came from Mathieu Dossevi.

Rennes required extra time to get past Nancy - with Emerson scoring the decisive strike, and Auxerre left it until the 113th minute to stun Lille away from home.

In the late kickoff, Alejandro Bedoya and Georges-Kevin N'Koudou scored in the second half to see Nantes past Lorient.

Results in full: Bastia 1-0 Ajaccio, Creteil 1-3 Toulouse, Valenciennes 1-3 Troyes, Lille 0-1 Auxerre, Rennes 2-1 Nancy, Nantes 2-0 Lorient
