Paris Saint-Germain complete second-half comeback at Nantes

Paris Saint-Germain come from behind to beat Nantes 4-1 in Ligue 1.

Paris Saint-Germain came from behind to win 4-1 at Nantes in Ligue 1, with second-half goals coming from Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Edinson Cavani, Angel di Maria, and Serge Aurier.

Yacine Bammou opened the scoring for the hosts in the 11th minute, heading home Valentin Rongier's corner to peg the French champions back.

It could have been even worse for PSG at the break as Bammou struck the post moments after firing Nantes into the lead.

The hosts hit the woodwork again in the 22nd minute, this time through Wilfried Moimbe, whose effort from an acute angle was just inches away from doubling the deficit.

PSG's best chance to equalise before the interval came in the 20th minute when Ibrahimovic gained possession in the box and forced a save out of Remy Riou, but tight defending from the hosts prevented them from creating any further clear-cut chances in the first period.

The champions found an equaliser early in the second half, and it was Ibrahimovic who bagged it, popping up in the box at the right time to scramble the ball over the line at close range.

Substitute Cavani scored PSG's second in the 73rd minute, getting his head to a Di Maria free kick to turn the game on its head, and the former Manchester United man added a third with a strike from outside the box 10 minutes from time.

Aurier added some gloss to the scoreline in the final minute when he drilled home Javier Pastore's in-swinging corner.
