Liverpool are reportedly leading Manchester United and Manchester City in the race for Brighton centre-back Ben White, who is currently on loan at Leeds United.

Liverpool, Manchester United and Manchester City are reportedly all interested in signing Brighton & Hove Albion centre-back Ben White.

The 22-year-old has spent the 2019-20 campaign on loan at Leeds United and has played a pivotal role in helping them into the automatic promotion places while boasting the best defensive record in the Championship.

Leeds are thought to be desperate to keep hold of White if they do achieve promotion back to the top flight, but The Athletic reports that they will face stiff competition from some of the Premier League's biggest teams.

Liverpool are reportedly leading the race for his signature as Jurgen Klopp looks to bolster his defensive ranks, particularly with uncertainty surrounding the future of Dejan Lovren.

However, Man City and Man United are also in the market for defensive reinforcements and have identified the Brighton man as a possible target.

White has been an ever-present for Leeds in the Championship this season and has made 40 appearances overall across all competitions in 2019-20.
