Sports Mole rounds up the latest transfer rumours, including Tom Heaton to Everton, a possible double arrival at West Ham United and Taylor Harwood-Bellis's future.

Everton have reportedly made contact with Manchester United to discuss a possible swoop for goalkeeper Tom Heaton.

The 37-year-old was a stalwart for Toffees boss Sean Dyche during his time at Burnley, whom he represented for six years before signing for Aston Villa in 2019.

Heaton subsequently joined Man United in 2021 as an experienced backup, and he has made three appearances for the Red Devils, keeping a clean sheet on each occasion.

With David de Gea now a free agent and Dean Henderson expected to leave, Heaton could start the season as Man United's number one, but the Red Devils are soon expected to complete the signing of Andre Onana from Inter Milan.

Luton Town have already seen an attempt to sign Heaton blocked by Erik ten Hag, but according to The Mirror, Everton boss Dyche is now ready to try to facilitate a reunion with his former shot-stopper.

Heaton only has a year left to run on his contract at Old Trafford, where he has failed to make a single Premier League appearance for Man United, playing twice in the EFL Cup and once in the Champions League.

From a current Everton manager to a former one, David Moyes is reportedly set to welcome both Denis Zakaria and Luiz Felipe to West Ham United this week.

Juventus midfielder Zakaria spent the 2022-23 season on loan at Chelsea, but he endured a forgettable spell at Stamford Bridge with just 11 appearances in all tournaments.

The Switzerland international has apparently been identified by West Ham as an ideal replacement for Declan Rice, whose £105m move to Arsenal should be confirmed this week.

Zakaria does not have a future at Juventus either, and according to The Mirror, the 26-year-old is set to sign for West Ham in an £8m deal alongside Real Betis defender Felipe.

The 26-year-old joined Los Verdiblancos - who are coached by former West Ham boss Manuel Pellegrini - on a free transfer from Lazio last year and made 30 appearances in his debut campaign.

West Ham are apparently set to pay £17m to sign Felipe, who still has four years left to run on his contract with Real Betis.

Felipe may not be the only central defender arriving at the London Stadium, as West Ham are reported to be keeping close tabs on Manchester City's Taylor Harwood-Bellis.

The 21-year-old has enjoyed a sensational period of success over the past 12 months, helping Burnley earn promotion back to the Premier League and captaining England's Under-21s to Euro 2023 glory.

The Young Lions did not concede a single goal en route to their first Euros crown since 1984, and Harwood-Bellis was lauded for his steadfast defensive displays in the heart of the backline.

According to BBC Sport, both Fulham and West Ham are among the clubs keen to sign Harwood-Bellis this summer, and Man City could sanction his sale for around £15m.

The 2002-born defender is due to become a free agent in 2024, and with Man City in negotiations to sign Josko Gvardiol from RB Leipzig, his path to the first team could remain blocked.

Harwood-Bellis joined Man City's academy in 2008 and has scored one goal in eight appearances for the first team, but he is still waiting to make his Premier League debut.

Finally, Brentford are apparently aiming to continue their defensive recruitment drive with a move for Swansea City's Nathan Wood.

The Bees have already made Nathan Collins their most expensive signing in a £23m deal, while they have also captured South Korean defensive starlet Kim Ji-soo.

Now, the Daily Mail claims that Thomas Frank wants to keep bolstering his backline with the signing of Wood, who has earned rave reviews from his time at Swansea.

The 21-year-old left Middlesbrough last year to join the Swans and quickly became an integral part of the squad, playing 43 games in all tournaments and setting up one goal.

However, Wood's contract with Swansea is set to expire in 2024, and Brentford are supposedly hopeful of striking a deal to sign him for just £4m in the current window.

Wood made his debut for England's Under-21s in a friendly defeat to Croatia in March, but he did not make the Young Lions' squad for their triumphant Euro 2023 campaign.
