Half-Time Report: Lincoln City, AFC Telford United level

The game between Lincoln City and AFC Telford United reaches half time without the deadlock being broken by either side.

Lincoln City and AFC Telford United played out a disappointing 45 minutes in the Conference Premier.

After an uneventful opening, Lincoln almost took the lead through Tom Anderson, but his header from a Sean Newton corner was cleared off the line by Ryan Higgins.

Chances continued to be few and far between at Sincil Bank, with only a deflected free kick from Newton posing any kind of threat to either goal.

Shortly after the half-hour mark, Nat Brown headed wide from a corner before Andy Todd finally offered a response from the visitors when his effort was kept out by Nick Townsend.

Brown had a late opportunity for Lincoln but his attempt went wide after he had been found inside the penalty area.
