Sports Mole looks at which teams need to do what in order to book their place at Euro 2024 when the final round of qualifying matches continues on Monday.

The last round of Euro 2024 qualifiers continues on Monday, with one final chance for those teams still in the mix to book a direct passage to the tournament in Germany next summer.

The lineup for the draw has already been largely completed with a game to spare for most teams, but there are four automatic qualification spots still up for grabs over the coming days.

Three of those will be filled on Monday, with a trio of winner-takes-all showdowns in Groups C, E and H in store this evening.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up exactly what each team needs to qualify, as well as the current state of play in all of the groups to feature.
