Team News: David Perkins makes Blackpool debut

David Perkins makes his Blackpool debut against Doncaster Rovers.

Blackpool's new signing David Perkins is given his first start by caretaker boss Barry Ferguson as the Seasiders look to start life without Paul Ince with a win against Doncaster Rovers in the Championship.

The Tangerines, who have lost nine of their last 10 games in all competitions and have dropped into the bottom half of the Championship, are without forwards Ricardo Fuller, Tom Barkhuizen and Bobby Grant through injury, while defender Gary Mackenzie is also sidelined.

Meanwhile, Doncaster boss Paul Dickov must continue to do without the services of Rob Jones, although the defender is closer to a return to action after resuming training following a neck injury.

Billy Sharp, who rejoined the club on loan from Southampton this week, is included in the starting lineup for the Yorkshire outfit.

Blackpool: Gilks, McMahon, Broadfoot, Cathcart, Robinson, Osbourne, Basham, Perkins, Eccleston, Davies, Chopra

Doncaster Rovers Turnbull, Husband, Khumalo, Meite, Tamas, Duffy, Keegan, Wellens, Coppinger, Brown, Sharp
