Team News: Anthony Martial replaces Radamel Falcao for Monaco

Monaco boss Claudio Ranieri names 17-year-old striker Anthony Martial in his starting lineup in place of the injured Radamel Falcao for the visit of Rennes this evening.

AS Monaco boss Claudio Ranieri has handed 17-year-old striker Anthony Martial his full debut for the visit of Rennes in Ligue 1 this afternoon.

The Frenchman, who joined the big-spending outfit from Lyon in the summer, comes in for the injured Radamel Falcao - whom he replaced in the 1-0 victory over Nantes last week in his first league appearance for Les Rouge et Blanc.

The youngster will be partnered in attack by Emmanuel Riviere, as Ranieri's men look to keep the pressure on Paris Saint-Germain at the summit of the table.

Meanwhile, Rennes coach Philippe Montanier names three changes to his starting lineup in total following the 1-1 draw with Bordeaux last week, with Jonathan Pitroipa, Tiemoue Bakayoko and Julien Feret coming into the fold.

AS Monaco: Subasic; Raggi, Kurzawa, Carvalho, Abidal; Toulalan, Obbadi, Moutinho, James; Rivière, Martial

Rennes: Costil; M'Bengue, Armand, Kana-Biyik, Danze; Konradsen Bakayoko, Pitroipa, Feret; Hunou Oliveira
