Simon Zebo facing 10-week injury layoff

Ireland winger Simon Zebo could be out for up to 10 weeks with a foot injury, his club confirms.

Ireland and Lions winger Simon Zebo will miss the Autumn Internationals with a foot injury picked up at the weekend.

Zebo was brought off near the end of Munster's Heineken Cup encounter with Edinburgh, which the Irish province lost 29-23, and his club confirmed that he will be out for "approximately 10 weeks".

This means that he will be absent for Ireland's matches against Samoa, Australia and New Zealand but could return for Munster's back-to-back pool matches with Perpignan in December.

Zebo made his international debut against New Zealand in June 2012.
