How Paris Saint-Germain could line up against Amiens

Sports Mole looks at how Paris Saint-Germain could line up in this weekend's Ligue 1 clash with Amiens.

Paris Saint-Germain will be looking to extend their perfect start to the 2018-19 Ligue 1 season to 10 matches when they host Amiens on Saturday afternoon.

PSG have won each of their nine league fixtures this season to top the table on 27 points, eight points clear of second-placed Lille.

The French giants have scored 11 times in their last two fixtures and will enter this game off the back of a 5-0 win over Lyon before the international break.

Amiens, however, have already recorded three league victories this season, and have nothing to lose as they head for the French capital.

Here, Sports Mole looks at how PSG could line up this weekend.

Out: Presnel Kimpembe (suspended), Dani Alves (knee), Layvin Kurzawa (hernia)

PSG will be without the services of Presnel Kimpembe, who picked up a red card in the 5-0 win over Lyon before the international break.

Dani Alves and Layvin Kurzawa remain on the sidelines, meanwhile, meaning that Thomas Meunier and Juan Bernat will continue in the full-back positions.

Marquinhos played in midfield against Lyon, and that might again be the case this weekend, which could see summer arrival Thilo Kehrer come into central defence.

Further forward, Julian Draxler and Angel Di Maria will battle for the position down the right, with Kylian Mbappe and Neymar also featuring.

Edinson Cavani continues to be overshadowed by Mbappe and Neymar in the French capital, but the 31-year-old has managed six goals in eight appearances during the 2018-19 campaign.
