Team News: Wayne Routledge returns for Swansea City

Wayne Routledge returns to Swansea City's starting XI for the visit of West Bromwich Albion.

Wayne Routledge has returned to Swansea City's starting XI for the visit of West Bromwich Albion this afternoon.

Caretaker manager Alan Curtis has deemed Angel Rangel, who picked up a knock last week, fit enough to start at the Liberty Stadium, while Jefferson Montero comes in at the expense of Bafetimbi Gomis.

For the visitors, Claudio Yacob returns from compassionate leave as replacement for James McClean after he saw red against Bournemouth last time out.

The only other change sees Rickie Lambert replace Salomon Rondon, who also received his marching orders, while Saido Berahino is again forced to start on the bench.

Swansea City: Fabianski; Rangel, Fernandez, Williams, Taylor, Britton, Ki, Sigurdsson, Routledge, Montero, Ayew
Subs: Nordfeldt, Naughton, Bartley, Cork, Shelvey, Barrow, Gomis

West Bromwich Albion: Myhill; Olsson, Yacob, Evans, Morrison, Gardner, Brunt, Lambert, McAuley, Fletcher, Dawson
Subs: Lindegaard, Chester, Anichebe, Gamboa, Berahino, McManaman, Sessegnon
