Team News: Gus Poyet makes five Sunderland changes for visit of Burnley

Sunderland make five changes as they prepare to take on an unchanged Burnley side in the Premier League.

Sunderland manager Gus Poyet has made five changes to his side for today's home game against Burnley as the Black Cats search for their first league win in six attempts.

Costel Pantilimon returns between the sticks while Anthony Reveillere has come into the defence as Poyet reverts to a back four.

Jordi Gomez, Adam Johnson and Connor Wickham are the other changes made by the Uruguayan boss.

Meanwhile, Burnley manager Sean Dyche has named an unchanged side for the trip to Wearside, with the only change being on the bench, as Marvin Sordell makes way for Lukas Jutkiewicz.
