Tottenham Hotspur have welcomed back both Jan Vertonghen and Paulinho into their starting XI as they travel to face Hull City in the Premier League this afternoon.

The visitors have opted for a 4-4-2 formation, with Roberto Soldado and Emmanuel Adebayor leading their attacking line.

Midfield support is to come from the returning Paulinho, Christian Eriksen, Aaron Lennon and Nabil Bentaleb, while Michael Dawson and Vertonghen feature as Tim Sherwood's centre-back pairing.

The hosts have kept their faith in the attacking threats of Shane Long and Nikica Jelavic, who will be backed up by Tom Huddlestone, David Meyler, Ahmed Elmohamady and Robbie Brady in midfield.
