Preview: Crystal Palace vs. West Ham United

Sports Mole previews Tony Pulis's first match in charge of Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park as the Eagles welcome West Ham United in the Premier League.

Tony Pulis will take charge of Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park for the first time when West Ham United visit them in the Premier League on Tuesday.

The former Stoke City manager lost his opening match as Eagles boss on Saturday when a Gary Hooper goal was enough for Norwich City to claim victory at Carrow Road.

Pulis will continue to put his own stamp on the Palace team and is likely to again name both Cameron Jerome and Marouane Chamakh in a new-look two-man attack.

Yannick Bolasie remains suspended, but Pulis has plenty of wide options to choose from in the form of Jason Puncheon, Jimmy Kebe and Dwight Gayle, while Barry Bannan played off the left at the weekend.

The Hammers found their shooting boots on Saturday to down out-of-form Fulham, and Sam Allardyce may award Joe Cole and Carlton Cole, both goalscorers off the bench, with starts.

Carlton Cole has yet to start since resigning for the Upton Park outfit in the summer, but is likely to usurp Modibo Maiga, who is yet to find the net in the Premier League this term, as West Ham's lone forward.

They are still without £15m club-record signing Andy Carroll and New Zealand international centre-back Winston Reid, both of whom will probably not be available until after the New Year.

Recent form:

Palace: LWDLLL

West Ham: WLLDDL

Possible starting lineups:

Palace: Speroni; Ward, Delaney, Gabbidon, Moxey; Puncheon, Dikgacoi, Jedinak, Bannan; Jerome, Chamakh

West Ham: Jaaskelainen; Demel, Collins, Tomkins, McCartney; Diame, Nolan, Noble; J.Cole, C.Cole, Downing

Sports Mole says: 0-1
