Preview: Andorra vs. Wales

Wales are trying to reach the Euro finals for the first time in their history and Sports Mole casts its eye forward to preview their opening qualifier in Andorra.

Wales' bid to qualify for the European Championship finals for the first time begins with a trip to Group B minnows Andorra on Tuesday evening.

Chris Coleman's side have been drawn in a group with Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Israel, Cyprus and Andorra and will fancy their chances of reaching the 2016 finals in France, especially as two sides from each group now automatically qualify.

With Real Madrid's Gareth Bale and Aaron Ramsey of Arsenal in their ranks, the Welsh have one of their strongest outfits for years.

Three players - Adam Matthews, Hal Robson-Kanu and James Collins - have withdrawn from the squad, but Coleman has no other major injury issues.

They have never reached the final tournament of the European event, with the 1958 Swedish World Cup the only major tournament that they have ever qualified for.

Andorra, meanwhile, are without an international win since October 2004, when they overcame Macedonia 1-0 in a World Cup qualifier.

The last time they didn't lose a competitive game was against Finland (0-0) in 2005.
