Lazio's £35m-rated goalkeeper Thomas Strakosha emerges as a possible summer transfer target for Tottenham Hotspur, amid concerns over current first choice Hugo Lloris.

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly lined up a move for Lazio goalkeeper Thomas Strakosha as a replacement for Hugo Lloris.

World Cup-winning keeper Lloris made another error on Sunday as he gifted Liverpool a late goal in their 2-1 win at Anfield.

Despite the 32-year-old's quality once again being questioned, Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino has vowed to stick by his skipper, who he describes as "one of the best" in the world.

That will not stop Tottenham searching for a new long-term successor, though, and The Sun reports that Strakosha could possibly be brought in this summer, having been scouted by the North London club for a number of months.

Lazio are said to be holding out for around £35m for the Albania international as he still has three years to run on his contract.
