Christian Eriksen 'only interested in Barcelona, Real Madrid or Juventus'

Midfielder Christian Eriksen is reportedly only interested in leaving Tottenham Hotspur this summer for either Barcelona, Real Madrid or Juventus.

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Christian Eriksen is reportedly only interested in a move to Barcelona, Real Madrid or Juventus this summer.

The Danish international, who has just one year left to run on his current deal with the North London club, is believed to have turned down a new contract from Spurs that would have seen him pick up £200,000 a week in order to facilitate a move to the continent.

Similarly, the midfielder dismissed an approach from Manchester United earlier this summer because the former Ajax star was only interested in a switch to the top sides in La Liga or Serie A.

ESPN reports that despite the 27-year-old's desire to join one of those clubs, none have yet shown any particular interest in signing him. Juventus only have until Friday to complete a deal, with the Spanish transfer window remaining open until September 2.

Eriksen has featured in both of Tottenham's Premier League games to date, starting the fixture with Manchester City last Saturday and coming off the bench against Aston Villa in the club's opening game of the season.
