Team News: Eight changes for Real Madrid against Espanyol

Carlo Ancelotti makes eight changes to his Real Madrid lineup for this afternoon's final La Liga game of the season against Espanyol.

Carlo Ancelotti has made eight changes to his Real Madrid lineup for this afternoon's final La Liga game of the season against Espanyol.

Even though Real now can't win the title after last week's defeat at Celta Vigo, Ancelotti brings back the 'BBC' attack of Gareth Bale, Karim Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Iker Casillas, Daniel Carvajal, Rafael Varane, Asier Illarramendi and Angel di Maria also come in for the hosts.

Visitors Espanyol, meanwhile, make one change from last week's draw against Osasuna.

Abraham is back in the starting lineup, with Gabriel Torje dropping to the bench.

Real: Casillas; Carvajal, Varane, Ramos, Marcelo; Khedira, Illarramendi, Di Maria; Bale, Benzema, Ronaldo
Subs: Jesus, Casemiro, Nacho, Arbeloa, Modric, Morata, Isco

Espanyol: Casilla; Victor Sanchez, Stuani, Sergio, David Lopez, Moreno, Javi Lopez, Fuentes, Colotto, Simao, Abraham
Subs: German, Raul, Sidnei, Pizzi, Alex, Cordoba, Torje
