Former Port Vale midfielder Ryan Burge reveals an interest in joining Peterborough United.

Former Port Vale midfielder Ryan Burge has insisted that he is not short of offers following his release from the club last week.

The 24-year-old, who departed Vale Park last month, has called on Peterborough United to make a move for his services.

"I have had a lot of interest. In January time there was Peterborough that were pretty keen on taking me, so now I am out of contract there is no fee it makes it a lot more appealing to a club," he told PA Sport.

"That was in January, but Peterborough are obviously a massive club. It's disappointing that they have come down but I am sure they will bounce back up."

A host of clubs are believed to be monitoring proceedings.
