Jose Mourinho comes up against one of his former clubs in the headline fixture of gameweek 31 of the Premier League season this weekend as Tottenham Hotspur host Manchester United on Sunday.

Sunday also sees an unlikely top-four battle between West Ham United and Leicester City and an important game at the bottom of the table as Burnley entertain Newcastle United at Turf Moor.
