New Fenerbahce signing Robin van Persie has not been selected in the matchday squad for their trip to Shakhtar Donetsk in the second leg of their second-round qualifying match for the Champions League.

Van Persie came off the bench in the first leg, which finished 0-0, but he has not been included tonight.

Meanwhile, fellow signing Nani starts in attack, while Raul Meireles and Moussa Sow are also included in the starting XI.

Hosts Shakhtar have picked striker Fred despite Fenerbahce's protests, while Taison will lead the line.

Ex-Arsenal striker Eduardo is named among the substitutes, along with Brazil international Bernard.
