Chelsea head coach Antonio Conte says that David Luiz - who has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge - could return from injury against Norwich City.

Chelsea head coach Antonio Conte has suggested that David Luiz could make his return from injury against Norwich City on Saturday evening.

Luiz - who has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge - has missed over a month of action with an ongoing knee problem.

However, despite reports regarding his future, Conte has insisted that he will have no issues with selecting the Brazilian international in his first-team squad for the FA Cup tie at Carrow Road.

The 48-year-old told reporters: "David has improved a lot his physical condition. The last couple of days he worked with us and he could be in contention for the Norwich game.

"For the rest of the question, I am very happy to work with this players. I trust these players. I don't see a problem. At the same time I understand if some players are not playing with regularity and they want to play with regularity. I understand. I'm happy to work with these players."

Luiz has made a total of 12 starts in all competitions this season.
