Here, Sports Mole rounds up the latest transfer talk for Chelsea on Friday, July 24.

The buildup to the summer transfer window has now begun, with rumours and speculation continuing to swirl as Chelsea eye possible reinforcements.

The Blues failed to bring in a single player during the January window, despite seeing their transfer ban cut short by FIFA.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up the latest news on possible comings and goings from Stamford Bridge.

Bayer Leverkusen attacker Kai Havertz has reportedly agreed personal terms with Chelsea ahead of a proposed move to Stamford Bridge during this summer's transfer window.

The 21-year-old has allegedly told Leverkusen that he wants to join Frank Lampard's side ahead of the 2020-21 campaign, despite interest from the likes of Real Madrid and Manchester United.

According to Italian journalist Nicolo Schira, there is already a 'total agreement' between Havertz's agent and Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia when it comes to personal terms.

Schira claims that the Germany international has agreed a five-year contract worth €8m (£7.2m) a year plus add-ons, although Chelsea are yet to settle on a transfer fee with Leverkusen.

A recent report claimed that the Premier League club were waiting to make sure of a Champions League spot for the 2020-21 campaign before launching an official bid.

Havertz, who is capable of playing in a number of different forward positions, scored 17 times and registered nine assists in 43 appearances for Leverkusen during the 2019-20 campaign.

Manchester United 'in the running for Alex Telles'

Manchester United could reportedly attempt to bring Porto defender Alex Telles to Old Trafford during this summer's transfer window.

The 27-year-old has been in excellent form for his Portuguese club during the 2019-20 campaign, scoring 13 times and providing 12 assists in 47 appearances in all competitions.

Manchester City and Chelsea have recently been linked with the Brazil international, but according to Record, United are also in the running for the full-back.

The report claims that 'everything indicates' that Telles will be on the move this summer, and the 20-time English champions have a 'special interest' in the South American.

The defender could allegedly be available for as little as €25m (£22.8m) as his contract at the Estadio do Dragao is due to expire in June 2021.

Luke Shaw and Brandon Williams have shared the left-back spot at United this season.
