Preview: Charlton Athletic vs. Blackpool

Sports Mole looks ahead to this Saturday's Championship match between Charlton Athletic and Blackpool.

Charlton Athletic need to get some points on the board when they take on Blackpool in the Championship this weekend.

The Addicks have failed to snatch a victory in their last four matches, leaving them just one point above the bottom three in the league table.

Chris Powell's side have struggled to find goals, netting just nine so far this season, but conceding.

In contrast, Paul Ince's Blackpool side have lost just one game in their last six encounters, but the sixth-placed Championship side last won a match on September 14 when they secured a 2-1 victory over Bournemouth.

Angel Martinez should return to the starting lineup for the Seasiders following suspension, while Thomas Ince is likely to get the nod.

For the home side, Marvin Sordell and Simon Church could be installed as Charlton's attacking threat for the match.
