Celtic manager Neil Lennon decides to rest Gary Hooper, Efe Ambrose and Joe Ledley for tonight's Scottish Premier League match against Motherwell.

Celtic manager Neil Lennon has opted to rest a number of key players for tonight's trip to Motherwell.

Gary Hooper, Efe Ambrose and Joe Ledley are all on the bench for the Hoops tonight, while Kelvin Wilson misses out with a migraine.

In come Tom Rogic and Kris Commons to the starting XI, which also includes Georgios Samaras after a spell out through injury.

Victor Wanyama will play in an unfamiliar central defensive role and has also been handed the captain's armband for the first time.

Motherwell boss Stuart McCall hands James McFadden a full debut but Zaine Francis-Angol and Fraser Kerr miss out through injury.
