Cardiff City and Sunderland make three changes to their teams for today's evening kickoff.

Cardiff City and Sunderland have both made three changes to their teams for today's Premier League match.

The home side, who have David Kerslake and Joe McBride in temporary charge, bring in Declan John, Gary Medel and Kim Bo-Kyung for Andrew Taylor, Aron Gunnarsson and Peter Odemwingie.

For Sunderland, Andrea Dossena replaces Ondrej Celustka in defence, while Emanuele Giaccherini comes in for Jack Colback and Jozy Altidore replaces Steven Fletcher, who drops to the bench.

Fabio Borini supports Altidore in attack.
