Aston Villa winger Andreas Weimann praises the club's fans ahead of Saturday's Premier League visit of Newcastle United.

Aston Villa winger Andreas Weimann has praised the club's fans ahead of this weekend's Premier League encounter with Newcastle United.

The Villans, who have lost their last two matches in the top flight, entertain the Magpies on Saturday.

"Everybody has been talking about the crowd being with us last season and the start of this season," Weimann told the club's official website.

"They've been brilliant for us. I'm sure they will be there against Newcastle again. You feel that."

Villa will start the match in 13th place in the Premier League table.
