Joel Campbell's agent pushing for Arsenal exit?

The agent of Arsenal striker Joel Campbell is reportedly trying to convince the club to let the Costa Rica international move to Benfica on loan.

Joel Campbell's agent has reportedly been pursuing a last-minute move away from Arsenal for the striker.

The Gunners have insisted that the Costa Rica international will not be leaving the Emirates this summer, but he has continued to be linked with a loan move to Benfica.

Portuguese newspaper O Jogo has reported that Campbell's agent has spent the day in London in a bid to convince the club to let the player leave.

Campbell has had loan spells with Lorient, Real Betis and Olympiacos since joining Arsenal in 2011.
