Sports Mole previews Sunderland's trip to The Hawthorns to face West Bromwich Albion.

West Bromwich Albion host Sunderland on Saturday as they look to reignite their push to qualify for Europe next season.

The Baggies have endured a poor start to 2013 that has seen them drop to ninth place in the Premier League table, but they did pick up their first victory of the year with a 2-0 triumph over Liverpool at Anfield.

Romelu Lukaku came off the bench during that match to score his 10th goal of the season and that could be enough to see him recalled to Steve Clarke's starting lineup.

Sunderland remain six points above the relegation zone, despite picking up just one point in their last three league games.

Martin O'Neill has seen his side fall to narrow defeats to Reading and Arsenal, but he will be hopeful of taking advantage of Albion's poor home form since the turn of the year.

The Sunderland boss may hand Danny Graham his first start in a Black Cats shirt after his arrival from Swansea City during the transfer window.

Recent form

West Bromwich Albion: LLDLLW

Sports Mole says: 2-1
