Team News: Injured goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes misses out for Watford against Derby County

Watford goalkeeper Heurelo Gomes is ruled out of the home game with Derby County with tendonitis, in one of four changes.

Watford goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes is out of today's home match with Derby County with tendonitis.

The former Tottenham Hotspur keeper has been ruled out as a precaution, so Jonathan Bond starts against the league leaders.

Watford have made three further changes, with Lloyd Doyley, Lloyd Dyer and Odion Ighalo starting in place of Daniel Pudil, Gianni Munari and Matej Vydra.

Derby have made just one change from the side that beat Wolverhampton Wanderers 5-0, with winger Jordan Ibe replacing Simon Dawkins.

Jack Butland remains in goal after extending his loan this week.

Watford: Bond; Paredes, Ekstrand, Bassong Nguena, Doyley; Andrews, Tozser, Ighalo; Forestieri, Dyer, Deeney.
