Team News: Udinese unchanged for Cesena visit

Udinese name an unchanged starting lineup for today's Serie A match against Cesena.

Udinese manager Andrea Stramaccioni has named an unchanged side for this afternoon's Serie A match against Cesena.

It means that Antonio Di Natale and Cyril Thereau continue to lead the attack, after both players scored during their 4-2 win against Parma on Monday.

Goalkeeper Orestis Karnezis also retains his place in the team, with Simone Scuffet still ruled out through injury.

Meanwhile, Cesena have made three changes from the side that earned a 1-1 draw against AC Milan last weekend, with Giuseppe De Feudis, Gregoire Defrel and Hordur Magnusson all handed starts.
