Harry Kane secures second successive Player of the Month award for February

Harry Kane wins the Premier League Player of the Month award for February, becoming the fourth player to win the accolade for the second time in succession.

Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has secured the Premier League's Player of the Month award for February, winning his second in succession after the forward picked up the accolade for the month of January.

Kane is the fourth player to pick up back-to-back Player of the Month awards, following in the footsteps of Robbie Fowler, Dennis Bergkamp and Cristiano Ronaldo.

However, the Englishman could make history and become the first player to pick up the award three times in a row if he wins it for the month of March.

"To make history would be something very special. Obviously I've scored a couple so far this month," Kane told Sky Sports News.

"Still a few more games to go, so hopefully I'll get a few more goals and we'll see what happens, but I'm looking forward to the games ahead.

"I've just loved every minute of playing. I'm enjoying my football so much at the moment playing with my mates, we have a great team and a great squad, and looking forward to the rest of the games."

Meanwhile, West Bromwich Albion boss Tony Pulis picked up the Manager of the Month award for February.
