Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Tottenham Hotspur could line up for Saturday's FA Cup third-round clash with Portsmouth.

Tottenham Hotspur manager Antonio Conte should remain without no fewer than four players for Saturday's FA Cup third-round tie with Portsmouth in North London.

The Lilywhites are still working without Rodrigo Bentancur, Richarlison, Dejan Kulusevski and Lucas Moura due to injury, but Yves Bissouma is back from a one-game ban.

Ahead of next weekend's North London derby with Arsenal, Conte should ring the changes for the visit of managerless Portsmouth, starting with Fraser Forster replacing Hugo Lloris in goal.

A new-look backline should also be in order, with Japhet Tanganga, Ben Davies and Davinson Sanchez preparing to take the places of Cristian Romero, Eric Dier and Clement Lenglet.

A long-awaited first competitive start should also come the way of Djed Spence, while on the other side, Ryan Sessegnon is in line to displace Ivan Perisic.

Further alterations in the engine room should also see Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg be granted a break, as Bissouma and Pape Sarr - who impressed at Selhurst Park - are handed chances from the off.

A lack of final third options means that there may be no respite for Harry Kane or Son Heung-min, who should be accompanied by the effervescent Bryan Gil.

Tottenham possible starting lineup: Forster; Tanganga, Sanchez, Davies; Spence, Bissouma, Sarr, Sessegnon; Gil, Kane, Son
