Sheffield Wednesday chase striker on loan?

Sheffield Wednesday are reportedly interested in sealing a loan deal for either Swansea City's Leroy Lita or Southampton's Billy Sharp.

Sheffield Wednesday manager Dave Jones reportedly wants to strengthen his attacking ranks at Hillsborough.

Jones has targeted reinforcements with the Owls sitting in 21st position after the opening five matches in the Championship.

According to the Sheffield Telegraph, Jones is interested in a temporary deal for either Swansea City striker Leroy Lita or Southampton forward Billy Sharp.

Both players have been named in their respective club's 25-man Premier League squad, but they are likely to be available should their team receive a suitable offer.
