Sheffield United reportedly strike a £17m deal with Swansea City for the transfer of Oli McBurnie.

Sheffield United have reportedly agreed a £17m deal with Swansea City for the transfer of striker Oli McBurnie this summer.

The 22-year-old enjoyed an impressive 2018-19 campaign at the Liberty Stadium, claiming 22 goals and four assists in the Championship.

Manager Chris Wilder has already reinforced his attacking options this summer by completing a club-record £10m deal for Bournemouth striker Lys Mousset.

According to Sky Sports News, The Blades are set to break their transfer record once again by splashing out £17m, rising to £20m, on the Swansea striker.

The newly-promoted Premier League side have enjoyed a busy summer, signing eight players in total, including deals for Callum Robinson and Luke Freeman for a combined total of £12m.

United have also signed Phil Jagielka from Everton and former Manchester United academy starlet Ravel Morrison on free transfers.
