Shane Long starts in the Republic of Ireland's attack against Serbia alongside James McClean and Wes Hoolahan.

Shane Long has been included in the Republic of Ireland starting lineup for their friendly international against Serbia.

The Hull City striker will have James McClean and Wes Hoolahan supporting him in attack at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin this evening.
