Real Madrid 'still want to sign Neymar'

Real Madrid are still interested in signing Paris Saint-Germain attacker Neymar, according to a report.

Real Madrid are reportedly still interested in signing Paris Saint-Germain attacker Neymar.

The 27-year-old has scored 48 goals in 53 appearances for PSG since arriving from Barcelona in 2017.

The Brazil international has been consistently linked with a move away from the French giants, though, with Barca, Real Madrid, Manchester United and Manchester City all credited with an interest.

Zinedine Zidane's arrival at the Bernabeu had reportedly seen Los Blancos drop their pursuit, but according to Marca, the European champions still want to sign the attacker.

Neymar, who is entering the latter stages of his recovery from a foot injury, scored 105 goals in 186 games for Barcelona before completing a switch to the French capital.

Madrid are expected to spend big this summer following a disappointing 2018-19 campaign.
