Team News: Gareth Bale given another chance to shine in Cristiano Ronaldo's absence

Carlos Bacca returns to the Sevilla starting lineup in one of four changes for their meeting with La Liga leaders Real Madrid.

Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has made two changes to his starting lineup for this evening's meeting against Sevilla.

Sami Khedira and Alvaro Arbeloa both come into the side, with Asier Illarramendi and Daniel Carvajal dropping out from the 4-1 victory over Real Sociedad last time out.

Meanwhile, Cristiano Ronaldo is sitting out the second of his two-match ban at the Bernabeu, meaning that Gareth Bale will get another chance to shine in the Portuguese's absence.

Sevilla have opted to make four changes for this one, the biggest of which sees 12-goal top scorer Carlos Bacca brought back into the fold for the trip to the Spanish capital.

Victory for Los Blancos will see them open up a four-point lead at the La Liga summit.

Real Madrid: Casillas; Varane, Arbeloa, Sergio Ramos, Marcelo; Khedira, Kroos, Isco, James; Bale, Benzema

Sevilla: Beto; Figueiras, Carrico, Kolo, Navarro; Krychowiak, Iborra, Mbia; Deulofeu, Bacca, Vitolo
