Reading have made just one change to the side which beat Middlesbrough two weeks ago to face Charlton Athletic, with Ola John coming in for the injured Hal Robson-Kanu.

The Wales international picked up an ankle injury while playing against Andorra in midweek, allowing John to make his first start for the Royals.

Meanwhile, Charlton have made three changes as Zakarya Bergdich replaces Morgan Fox in defence and Johnnie Jackson comes in for El-Hadji Ba in midfield.

Franck Moussa gets his first start of the season for the Addicks at the expense of Tony Watt.
