Reading striker Noel Hunt vows that the club will return to the Premier League in the future.

Noel Hunt has insisted that Reading will one day to return to the Premier League.

The club's one-year stint in the top flight was brought to an end this afternoon thanks to a 0-0 home draw with Queens Park Rangers.

However, striker Hunt has revealed that he is "100% positive" that it won't be long before the Royals are back in England's top division.

"Gutted about today in every possible way I can imagine! Reading will be back in the top flight again, I'm 100% positive about that," he wrote on Twitter.

Hunt's side still have three more matches to play before they head down to the Championship.
