Norwich City face a well-matched contest against former Championship rivals Burnley in their FA Cup match on Saturday

Norwich City go head to head with their former Championship rivals Burnley on Saturday, with Paul Lambert expected to name a strong side for the third round FA Cup tie.

The Canaries should line up against Burnley with a similar team that defeated Queens Park Rangers 2-1 at Loftus Road on Monday.

Bradley Johnson, who was involved in a controversial sending off for Joey Barton earlier this week, should remain in the fold against the Championship outfit. However Steve Morison could replace Grant Holt up front.

Adam Drury and Daniel Ayala are in contention to partner up at the back for Lambert.

Current Form:

Norwich Cty: WDDLDW
Burnley: WDDLDW

Possible lineups:

Norwich City: Ruddy; Martin, Drury, Ayala, Whitbread; Johnson, Pilkington, Bennett, Lappin; Morison, Jackson

Burnley: Grant; Trippier, Duff, Edgar, Easton; Treacy, Bartley, McCann, Stanislas; Austin, Rodriguez

Sports Mole says: 1-0
