Sports Mole previews Sunday's European Under-21 Championship clash between Netherlands and Russia.

Netherlands will be hoping to move closer to a place in the semi-finals of the European Under-21 Championships by beating Russia on Sunday.

Cor Pot's side recorded a dramatic 3-2 victory over Germany in their opening match on Thursday, thanks to Leroy Fer's late header.

Meanwhile, Russia need at least a point to avoid exiting the tournament in the group stages. They lost their first game 1-0 to Spain.

The match will be the first meeting between the two nations at this level of international football.

Netherlands could select the same side that beat Germany, although Fer is in contention to start after his winning goal.

Russia striker Andrei Panyukov could be recalled to the starting XI after sitting out the defeat to Spain due to a minor injury.
