Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp not considering Mario Balotelli return

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp says that he is not thinking about bringing back Mario Balotelli at the end of his loan spell at AC Milan.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has admitted that he is not thinking about the possibility of Mario Balotelli returning to Anfield at the end of the season.

The controversial striker joined AC Milan in the summer on a season-long loan, just one year after he signed for the Reds from San Siro for a £16m fee.

After scoring just one Premier League goal for Liverpool under former manager Brendan Rodgers, Balotelli was shown the exit door, but the player's agent Mino Raiola recently claimed that he will talk with Klopp about whether his client has a place back on Merseyside.

When asked about a possible return for Balotelli, Klopp told reporters: "At this moment I don't have the time and capacity to think about things for next summer.

"Maybe his agent says this and we will have a talk with his agent, but it's nothing I can think about in this moment. I am just thinking about what we can change in this moment."

Balotelli has scored one goal for Milan this season.
