Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp opts to name an unchanged starting lineup for the Premier League fixture with Brighton & Hove Albion.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has opted to name an unchanged starting lineup for the Premier League fixture with Brighton & Hove Albion.

The Merseyside giants have recorded back-to-back wins in the top flight without conceding a goal, and that has resulted in Klopp keeping faith with the same XI.

The German's decision means that the likes of Jordan Henderson, Adam Lallana and Xherdan Shaqiri must all wait for their opportunity in the team.

Brighton boss Chris Hughton has decided to make two alterations to the team which defeated Manchester United at the Amex Stadium last weekend.

Leon Balogun comes into the team as a replacement for Lewis Dunk, who is injured, while Yves Bissouma makes his first start in place of Pascal Gross.

Liverpool: Alisson; Alexander-Arnold, Gomez, Van Dijk, Robertson; Milner, Wijnaldum, Keita; Mane, Salah, Firmino
Subs: Mignolet, Henderson, Sturridge, Moreno, Lallana, Shaqiri, Matip

Brighton & Hove Albion: Ryan; Montoya, Duffy, Balogun, Bong; Knockaert, Stephens, Propper, March, Bissouma; Murray
Subs: Button, Bernardo, Suttner, Jahanbakhsh, Kayal, Gross, Locadia
