Nathan Dyer wants to add new dimension to Leicester City attack

New Leicester City signing Nathan Dyer hopes that he will provide a different option in attack.

New Leicester City signing Nathan Dyer has suggested that he can provide a different option in the Foxes' attack.

The Swansea City winger has moved to the King Power Stadium on a season-long loan after finding first-team opportunities limited at his parent club.

Dyer has said that he is looking forward to getting started in the East Midlands under manager Claudio Ranieri.

"I think I am going to add even more pace to that team and hopefully I can add a bit of a different dimension," the 27-year-old told the Leicester Mercury.

"It feels brilliant to be here. The manager hasn't told me too much about his plans because the move has come a bit late.

"We had to just get things done, but he has welcomed me with a big smile and I will give him and the club everything I have got."

Dyer signed for Swansea from Southampton in 2009.
