Preview: Derby County vs. Bolton Wanderers

Sports Mole previews Tuesday's Championship match as Derby County play host to Bolton Wanderers.

Derby County will be eager to get their promotion push back on track on Tuesday when they play host to Bolton Wanderers in the Championship.

The Rams have lost their last two matches in the league, with their most recent defeat coming on Saturday against Millwall.

Despite their slump in form, Steve McClaren's side are still just eight points adrift of the automatic places.

Meanwhile, Bolton can make it four wins in a row if they come away from Pride Park with the points.

The Trotters have seen an upturn in fortunes in recent weeks thanks to victories over Watford, Blackburn Rovers and Leeds United.

Chris Martin is available for the hosts following a one-match suspension, while Jamie Ward, Johnny Russell and Mason Bennett could all be recalled.

Bolton boss Dougie Freedman is expected to name the same team that thrashed Leeds United 5-1 on the weekend.
